Enterprise Services Agreement

SECTION 1: DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION SCHEME

1.1 "API Key Payload" refers to the authentication credentials provided by the Client, issued via the Roblox Open Cloud API gateway, used to execute authorized operations.

1.2 "Application" refers to the Rankify Discord bot instance, software handlers, event loop listeners, database clusters, and associated network routing layers.

1.3 "Transient In-Memory Decryption" refers to the processing model where encrypted data is held in volatile RAM exclusively during active HTTP request generation and immediately garbage-collected post-execution.

1.4 "Guild" refers to a Discord server instance where the Application has been invited and granted execution scopes.

1.5 "Roblox Group Infrastructure" refers to the third-party group, rank hierarchies, permissions, and memberships governed via api.roblox.com and apis.roblox.com endpoints.

SECTION 2: PROVISION OF SERVICES & SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

2.1 SERVICE SCOPE: Rankify provides real-time, automated middleware orchestration connecting Discord Guild management layers to Roblox Group infrastructures utilizing third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

2.2 EPHEMERAL CREDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE:

(a) Field-Level Encryption at Rest: All sensitive authentication payloads (specifically Roblox Open Cloud API Keys) are cryptographically encoded using field-level authenticated encryption with isolated initialization vectors prior to database serialization.

(b) Volatile Execution Lifecycle: Credentials are isolated in volatile execution memory (RAM) strictly for the duration required to construct and transmit HTTP PATCH/POST/GET requests. Runtime object references are cleared immediately following response consumption.

(c) Zero Host Ingress Warranty: Under no circumstances shall the Service operator accept liability for credential interception occurring at the client-side environment, endpoint network, or prior to HTTP payload receipt by the Application gateway.

SECTION 3: DATA GOVERNANCE, PRIVACY, AND TELEMETRY

3.1 DATA MINIMIZATION STANDARD: The Service collects and stores strictly the minimal dataset required for core operations:

(a) Guild Telemetry: Discord Guild ID, Configured Roblox Group ID, and Encrypted API Key Payload.
(b) Transactional Audit Logs: Discord User ID of command executors, Target Roblox User ID, Execution Timestamps, Action Type Identifiers, and Administrator-supplied Reason Strings.

3.2 RIGHT TO ERASURE & DATA LIFECYCLE:

(a) Client configuration data persists only while the Application resides within the Client's Discord Guild.

(b) Re-executing setup configuration overwrites prior state. Removing the Application from the Discord Guild invalidates routing records and flags associated database entries for cryptographic purging.

(c) Transaction logs remain part of the immutable server audit trail unless explicit deletion requests are submitted under applicable data privacy regulations.

SECTION 4: ACCEPTABLE USE, RESTRICTIONS, AND MANDATORY CONDUCT

4.1 LICENSE GRANT: Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Service grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the Application for legitimate group administrative operations.

4.2 PROHIBITED CONDUCT & SYSTEM ABUSE: The Client shall NOT, and shall NOT permit third parties to:

(a) Decompile, reverse-engineer, inspect, or attempt to extract cryptographic keys, infrastructure routes, or database schemas from the Application.
(b) Utilize the Application to initiate unauthorized rank modifications, mass demotions, rogue group takeovers, or automated API spamming against Roblox Groups not explicitly owned or governed by the Client.
(c) Circumvent access control lists, permission overrides, or administrative verification mechanisms deployed within the Application or Discord platform.
(d) Deploy userbots, automated scraping routines, or denial-of-service vectors targeting the Application's edge handlers or host clusters.

4.3 REMEDIES FOR BREACH: Violation of this Section shall result in immediate termination of Service, global revocation of access licenses, permanent blacklisting of associated Discord User and Guild IDs, and potential referral to legal counsel.

SECTION 5: SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLA), LIMITATIONS, AND THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

5.1 THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCY DISCLAIMER: The Client acknowledges that the Application's functionality is intrinsically dependent upon third-party infrastructure operated by Roblox Corporation and Discord Inc. The Service is NOT responsible or liable for:

(a) Outages, rate limits, latency spikes, or HTTP status errors (e.g., 401, 403, 429, 500, 503) resulting from Roblox API schema changes or endpoint deprecations.
(b) Discord Gateway disconnections, rate limits, or message delivery failures.
(c) Upstream network failures, host provider maintenance, or internet backbone disruptions.

5.2 "AS-IS" PROVISION: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ENTIRELY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SECTION 6: INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 INDEMNIFICATION: The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rankify, its developers, operators, host affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from:

(a) Client's misuse of or inability to access the Service;
(b) Unauthorized group modifications resulting from compromised Client credentials or misconfigured permission overrides;
(c) Client's violation of third-party rights or Roblox/Discord Terms of Service.

6.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL RANKIFY, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ROBLOX GROUP OWNERSHIP, GROUP RANK DESTRUCTION, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

SECTION 7: GOVERNING LAW AND AMENDMENTS

7.1 SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7.2 MODIFICATION OF TERMS: The Service reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued usage of the Application following published updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.
